Sunset on the Mountains

You do realize that I can not go almost anywhere without thinking to myself, that would make a nice picture, I wonder if my blog friends would like to see that? See? Even when I am not actually posting, I am carrying you around in my head, like one of those parasite things people get, but nicer.
Did you know we are having the most incredible Autumn here??? December is upon us, but fall continues to linger and I am not complaining. (I think the ski resorts are, they are already supposed to be open, but no such luck for them.) Although I think Brown Boy and Pygmy Child will be very disappointed if they arrive here in 16 days and there isn't any snow to play in. It was 58 today! What is going on?
So I wandered around today, running errands and had a chance to go to a nature place that isn't too far from here.
Here ya go!

I was sooo disappointed! I didn't check my camera battery before I went and I only got 9 pictures! I drove away just wanting to cry as I watched the spectacular sunset behind me. I am going to try again tomorrow.

And some extras from the week:

The Pea helped my cook Thanksgiving dinner and made her own pumpkin pie, she is obviously VERY proud of it.

Thanks again for letting me share.

Your pictures are breathtaking! I do the same thing, thinking all the time that I should blog about this and that and wouldn't that be funny and then I go to type...POOF...all gone.

Those pics are gorgeous! And Rychelle is totally right.

I think we all do the blogging thing. Anytime anything remotely weird happens, like a woman driving her dog around, I immediately think BLOG!!

I'm writing blog posts in my head most of the day.

The sunset tonight was spectacular!

It might still be warm now, but just watch, it's going to snow in June. Can we find a way to blame Kristina for that also?

What great pictures! I love those pictures of bald man and little man. I look at those and see patience and love. What a great catch you've got there. Plus- men who are good dads are totally hot. ;)

I ALWAYS enjoy your pictures!

I do that too, I see everything as a potential photo. I never ask myself if blog people would like to see it, though. If they don't like it, they don't have to read my blog. :)

I love your photos. Like I've said before, you're the one and only person in this world whose child and baby photos don't bore me. I love your photos of flowers and mountains, but I'm easy to please that way. Making me enjoy photos of babies, that is a testament to how great a photographer you are. :)

Don't know how many times the batteries ran out on me when I wanted that last picture. But I am getting better at having an extra set on hand (just in case).

Great Photos!!!

Hey! I just found you on Blog Stalkers. I also did Nablopomo, used to live in UT, and I am another blog-on-the-mind all the time kind of girl. I love your pictures!! Too bad that your battery died.
