The Mountains in June

I love June, mostly because the days are lengthening. I love long Spring nights. It is sooo beautiful here in Utah. Some rain, but not too much and mostly just Spring busting out all over.

This oak leaf is as stubborn as they come, GO LEAF!

And what week would be complete without my beautiful granddaughters?

The Pea, looking pensive.

June Bug could NOT sit still!

My yummy Squidling. I made this hat and it looks soooo darling on her!

I heard a wee voice calling me last night. Bam-maw! Help, I am stuck! Did I run and help right away? Nope, I ran and got my camera right away! She wasn't very upset, or else I wouldn't have taken the time to shoot the poor thing. We got a laugh out of it though. She eventually just went forward and got her whole body through, rather than keep trying to get her head pulled out!

For some of you who look at my pictures on Facebook, a couple of these are repeats, but not all, so hopefully you aren't too disappointed. Thanks so much for letting me share, you guys are the most appreciative audience and you always make me want to try harder, just to impress you! THANKS!

Beautiful grandbabies!
I love the flower photos. The weather was perfect today, warm in the morning with a summer storm in the evening.

You have outdone yourself this week. These pictures are amazing. You take some of the best pictures I've ever seen.
What is that flower under the tenacious leaf? And how the heck does that leaf hang on? Nature never ceases to amaze me.

Gorgeous babies too, but you know how I love them babies - lol. :)

I absolutely love the flower shots. Especially the yellow one. The color is so vivid and vibrant. I need to set aside a day like you do so I can get out into the world and do nothing but take pictures.

I absolutely LOVE that first mountain picture with the cool clouds. The picture with your grand baby stuck in the railing is fabulous as well!

Death by cuteness take two !
So this was kind of a murder murder instead of murder suicide you and me with our cute babies.
Glad she was skinny enough to fit through the bars :)

I love it that you are following that leaf that won't quit. There has to be some insightful story you can come up to go with the pictures later on.

As always. LOVE Mountain Monday..err I mean Tuesday :)

The bee! It's fantastic!
And I love the grandbabies as ever, and am amused by the fact that Pea's head is wider than her body. I think if Eliza got herself in that fix she would have to solve her problem the same way, which cracks me up.

I am always impressed. I start at the first one and think it's going to be my favorite but by the time I get to the end I can't choose.

They're all beautiful! You're a fabulous photographer!!!

Ah, the post of a true blogger. No funny moment shall pass in a household without being documented for a post...especially something as funny as a grandchild getting their head stuck in the bars on the stairs. I remember doing something similar when I was a kid!

PS: When I am getting one of those fabulous hats too, Jo? :)
